This 2-day Advanced Bartending course is designed to give you advanced knowledge of cocktails and ingredients used in the bar environment. You will explore out of this world cocktail creation techniques through testing and tasting. You will also learn all about the fundamentals of making your own vermouth’s, bitters and liqueurs. You will learn about historical drinks, and gain an in-depth knowledge in the more obscure spirits on the market. The course is designed is to give you an in depth and hands on experience of main Molecular techniques that are used in modern bar settings. We will create everything from scratch and discuss any pitfalls and issues you may encounter when creating your own cocktails.

This course is suitable for bartenders and enthusiasts with a good knowledge of cocktails. Graduates of our Certification Course are welcome, as are experienced bartenders looking to advance their skill.
